When will my order arrive?

All orders are currently being made to order by our manufacture, which results in longer production times. This ensures consistent quality throughout our pieces and may take up to 3 weeks for your orders to ship. We truly thank you for your patience and you will not be disappointed when it arrives!

I placed my order, but have not received a tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, it can take longer to be delivered. Additional custom/import/taxes charges maybe assessed by the respective foreign country being ship to.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns. We plan to find a way to implement this in our store soon.
